PROJECT PIPELiNE
Project Pipeline was originally inaugurated by PhilaNOMA as Camp Sustain.Ability in 2008. The camp occurs annually for middle school students to introduce them to the field of architecture and design. Students working with professional volunteers on Saturdays in the summer around a design project, often rooted in the community. Since 2012 our home has been at Temple University's Tyler School of Art and Architecture in North Philadelphia. If you are interested in enrolling your child, referring a friend, volunteering to teach, or sponsoring a kid, please contact us at [email protected].
PhilaNOMA also does Project Pipleine 365, an initiative to engage youth outside of the camp setting. Members have participated in career days at local schools, as guest speakers or studio critics at local universities, and hosting full one day workshops for youth organizations or classes.
